1. Order Cancellation
a) Cancellation Before Dispatch
- You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched.
- To cancel:
- Log in to your account → Go to “My Orders”
- Or contact our customer support team
- Once canceled successfully:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method
b) Cancellation After Dispatch
- Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled online.
- However, you may choose to refuse the order at the time of delivery.
Note:
- Any applicable delivery charges will not be refunded in such cases.
2. Returns & Replacements
a) Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
Conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With all tags, labels, and seals intact
b) Replacement Process
- Once your return request is approved:
- We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost
- Replacement will be shipped within 2–3 business days after verification
3. Refund Policy
a) Refund for Canceled Orders
- If canceled before dispatch → Full refund
- If order is refused at delivery → Refund excluding delivery charges
b) Refund for Returned Products
- After receiving and verifying the returned product:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests may not be accepted in the following cases:
- Return request raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Product is used, damaged, or not in original condition
- Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Perishable items (such as fruits, vegetables, dairy):
- Not reported immediately at the time of delivery

- Final credit time may depend on:
- Your bank
- Payment provider
